Refund Policy

Refunds can be initiated only in cases where customers have not received the ordered items and the merchant confirms the same.

There is no refund available for a purchased product, except where stocks are unavailable and the customer refuses to accept an alternative item.

A normal refund takes place within 3–5 working days to reflect back in your account. However, it may take up to 7–10 working days for respective banks to process the refund and reflect it in your bank statement/account.

Please contact your bank directly in case of delays after the merchant has confirmed the refund. Note that the Merchant reserves the right to decide upon refund initiation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests can only be acknowledged if the particular order has not been processed & delivered by the merchant.

To request a cancellation, please contact our helpline or email us at the earliest possible time with your cancellation request.

Delivery Services

In the event of unavailability of own delivery personnel, Merchant may use services provided by third-party delivery partners.

The delivery partner is neither an employee nor an agent or affiliate of the merchant or its technology provider and merely acts as an independent service provider. Merchant and its technology partner do not assume responsibility or liability for acts, omissions, services provided, or quality/deficiency of services by the delivery partner.

You acknowledge that actions, omissions, services provided, or quality/deficiency with respect to food delivery services are those of the Delivery Partner in the Delivery Partner's independent capacity.

The buyer may be entitled to a refund for prepaid orders (post deduction of cancellation fee, if any) if a refund is requested due to the following reasons or as deemed fit by the partner restaurant in its sole discretion:

  • If the order could not be delivered within 2 hours.
  • If the merchant cancels the order for reasons not attributable to the buyer (e.g., store closed, item(s) unavailable, store not servicing online orders, overcrowding, etc.).
