• We observe closure on all government-declared holidays.

• Payments can be made in USD & INR. Please contact us for different payment modes.

All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. We do not store any card information (other than the last 4 digits of your card) on our servers.

Customers can purchase any product offered by Godirekt through different payment options like Razorpay, depending upon which ones are currently provided by the payment gateway facility. After a successful payment process, an official receipt of purchase is provided by the payment gateway on behalf of Godirekt through email, which can be used as a reference for any future requirements.

For account-related and payment-related questions, please contact our Customer Service Department using the "Get in Touch With Us" section of our website. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe, but cannot guarantee specific response times. For all paid members, a dedicated support system is provided, with details shared upon registration under any program(s).

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you explicitly permit us to contact you via call, SMS, or email through any medium deemed fit by Godirekt.

We reserve the right to feature your picture in any photos, videos, or other promotional material used by us. However, we will not share your personal information with third-party marketing databases or disclose it to any third party except after proper verification or if required by law.

Unless otherwise stated, if any provision of the Agreements is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force. Any failure to enforce the Agreements shall not be deemed a waiver of any right to do so.

As used in these Terms, the words "include" and "including" (and variations) will be deemed to be followed by "without limitation".

You agree to indemnify and hold Godirekt harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of the Agreements or any one of them.
• Any User Content you share or contribute.
• Any activity you engage in on or through the Godirekt Service.
• Your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
